Rational use of energy sources, economic and environmental sustainability
Energy Management aims to more efficient and rational use of energy sources for a real economic and environmental sustainability of your company. The Energy Management process consists of four main phases:
- measurement and analysis,
- identification of optimisation areas,
- maintenance and design,
- implementation and management of capex interventions.
The professional figure responsible for the conservation and rational use of energy is the Energy Manager. This is a figure established by law (Law 10/1991 for industrial entities that consume more than 10,000 toe or 1,000 toe in the case of other sectors), who is in charge of managing everything concerning energy within the company: he/she verifies and optimises consumption, promoting interventions aimed at energy efficiency and the use of renewable sources.
