We enter the residential sector! Enerqos supports condominiums and private owners in obtaining the Superbonus 110% due to its high demand.
Milan, 4 november 2020 – Enerqos Energy Solutions, a leading Italian ESCo in the energy efficiency sector, operates with the aim to optimize the investments of its business customers in terms of quality of intervention, sustainability and energy savings. From this year, Enerqos makes its experience available to the residential sector to access the Superbonus 110%. Since July 2020, the Company has activated a new service to support condominiums and private owners in obtaining the incentive and carry out the interventions. A new ad hoc Business Unit has been created, which is already operational, with technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, management skills of specialist partners, financial and administrative skills. As General Contractor, Enerqos takes over the management of the entire process, from the preliminary analysis to the final project execution, acting as a unique interlocutor for the customer.
