Photovoltaic plant for a wine farm in Verona

Cut energy costs through self-production

Initial request

A well-known wine farm in Peschiera del Garda, in the Verona area, came to us with the need to self-produce electricity used in the grapes crushing process and in the air conditioning of the technical areas, in which the tanks containing the wine are stored.

Developed project

For the customer we developed and installed a turnkey photovoltaic plant, with a nominal power of 110 kWp. The monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules were placed on a customized shelter and we sized the plant to maximise self-consumption, which in our forecasts corresponds to 90% of the energy produced by the photovoltaic plant itself.

We added the Smart O&M service to the photovoltaic technology to keep the plant always at the highest performance.

Results achieved

Our solutions enabled the customer to achieve annual savings of €24,000 and a reduction in CO2 emissions of 74 tons per year.
