Photovoltaic plant for a logistics real estate fund in Lodi

Initial request

The customer needed to cut energy costs in the bill and reduce CO₂ emissions.

Developed project

We designed a turnkey photovoltaic plant with a nominal power of 1200 kW. The monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules were placed on the roof and the plant was sized to maximise self-consumption: we envisaged the consumption of 90% of the energy produced by the photovoltaic plant itself.

We combined the technology with Smart O&M, the integrated Digital Energy Management service that uses data digitisation and artificial intelligence to keep the plant at peak performance.

Results achieved

With the solutions implemented by Enerqos, the customer has achieved annual savings of €170,000 and a reduction in CO₂ emissions of 660 tons.
