A 60,000 m² logistics hub entails significant energy consumption for lighting operational areas, an expense that has a major impact on the property's management costs. The company, an international leader in the transport and logistics sector, turned to Enerqos to upgrade the lighting system at its Castel San Giovanni (PC) facility with LED technology.
From a financial standpoint, the company opted for an operating lease model with a 4-year term. Enerqos also assisted the client in accessing the White Certificates scheme, handling consumption monitoring and the submission of requests to certify the savings achieved, while providing periodic reports.
