In the cases provided for, processing may also be necessary to comply with legal obligations pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c), GDPR.<\/p>\n    <p>Any special categories of data strictly necessary for the establishment of the employment relationship are processed, subject to the prerequisites, in accordance with Article 9, paragraph 2, letter b), GDPR, as well as in compliance with national regulations and applicable requirements in the field of labor.<\/p>\n    <p>Consent does not constitute the ordinary legal basis for the processing of CVs for selection purposes.
